As the building is situated near a botanical garden, we propose to extend the garden atmosphere to the building itself.
The new building will be in a green oasis. The new office areas have security zones set apart especially for cars and visitors. On the ground floor, there is a modular hall with representative spaces for a restaurant, catering, a kindergarten, and a gym.
The upper floors surround an intimate courtyard, where workspaces invite concentration. The regular grid pattern of the façade allows it to be used for many different purposes. Meeting rooms and laboratories are positioned at the building’s corners.
