At the corner of two streets with a maximum of intimacy. The investor wants to revitalize the house of his elderly parents and the spirit of the place. The concept of an atrium house reflects two urban lines: one coming from the street from a neighboring flat roof and, on the other side, one from a 1.5 story house with traditional pitched roof.
The result is a modest urban space, a dynamic corner solution with slopes towards both sides of the street. The wall hides a small patio with a tree. There is a generous two-story living space located behind, topped by a green terrace.
